All models on this site are verified as at least 18 years old. All potential models must present valid identification before photo or video shoots are done.

Any and all taxes are the responsibility of the client. Our agency does not deduct taxes. That is up to the client at tax time every year.

There is no contractual obligation outside of the pay scale holding either party liable for the other. Once a video or photo shoot is done the client is paid in full for their hourly wage.
